I am Ms. Nicole, also known as Mama Bear or M. I have 6 of my own children ranging in age from 9-22 years old. My passion since I was a young child was singing & teaching. I have been providing my home school services to early childhood learners since 2005!

I love what I do and it shows!!! I love making learning fun and engaging the children through music & movements! I am the director as well as the Senior Class Teacher (class for students 4 years old).

Mrs. Cheeneka is a hard working mother of 3. She is firm byt fair. She loves praise & worship at her local church and taking hikes on the weekends with her husband. She is the Manager & the Junior Class teacher (class for students 3 years old).

Jenesis is the daughter of Ms. Nicole and has Jenesis been in the education services since she was born. Jenesis natuarlly has a playful demeanor which the children love. She has been specially selected by previous students to provide sitter services on the weekends. Jenesis is our teacher assistant.

Team member Duties
- Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary
- Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
- Preparing meals and snacks for the kids
- Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children
- Developing a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day
- Keeping records of each child’s progress, interests and any problems that may occur
- Maintaining contact with the children’s parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency
Team member qualifications
- Behavioral analysis and cognitive recognition abilities for anticipating and addressing potential interactions or issues
- Valid CPR and first-aid certifications
- Caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills to converse with children, fellow professional caregivers and parents or guardians
- Excellent patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of children of all ages
- Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time
